If you say so, but I can tell you that "Gay or European" wasn't "inspired" by Avenue Q at all. Very different routes for that song.

I love it, It's no Hairspray but it's very cute, the score has it's flaws but it's fun, colorful and entertaining. I thought it was a good screen to stage adaption.

I like this show a lot. It's everything it needs to be...a charming, feel-good musical with catchy tunes. The score is the strongest aspect (although the lyrics have a lot of problems), and although the book has MANY problems (most of which have already been brought up), I think it ties the songs together quite nicely. I approve re: legally blonde--yes or no?
