Those would be great seats in any theater.
If we're not having fun, then why are we doing it?

Their is no such thing as a "good seat" in The Broadway Theater.

I sat in Row K Seat 110 last week and it's a great seat. Enjoy!

I never understand why people ask these questions about seats right smack in the middle of the theatre. If it were a side orchestra seat and you were worried about partial view, or rear orchestra and worried about mezz overhang, I'd understand, but when would row K center orchestra ever be bad?
