quick question for curtains, BATB, hairspray, and JB

Ok...
So a friend and I are going into the city next wednesday to catch the matinee!
1.we were wondering if curtains would have SRO.
2.if BATB would have SRO because it's almost sold out. i've heard from some it has it but other's it doesnt?
3.if the hairspray lotto is hard to get.
4.if we could get JB SRO at 12?
5. if chicago has a rush?

When I was last there, there was a crowd, but I won.
Apparently with Jerry Mathers in it, it's been resurgance of people. So I dunno. Possibly.

Jersey Boys will be sold out by noon. Be there at 8:30 AM.

Curtains has been on TKTS, so standing room doesn't seem likely. Are you a student? (they may have rush)

For Curtains: We bought tickets for the night performance of Curtains on Wed. June 13th at the TKTS. They were pretty good seats. The matinee was also available. I doubt SRO seats will be available if all the seats aren't filled. As far as I know, Curtains hasn't been selling out. It was a really fun show and the cast was phenomenal in the show and at the stage door. Very nice people.

Anyhoo, good luck getting tickets to the show of your choice!

you're trying to get tickets to a bunch of shows it's hard to get discounts for. JB- forget it unless you wanna be up at dawn. Hairspray has the new crowds of people there to see the Beaver. Beauty (AKA-the show that shouldn't be closing) will give AAA discounts if you ask, and a good Equity discount if you're in the actors union. Other than that SRO at that theatre, even if they offer wouldn't be worth it. Curtains does offer SRO, but again, only if it's sold out, which doesn't happen all that often. I don't believe they offer student tickets.

BATB does sell SRO tickets if absolutely every other seat in the house is sold out, but you really have to be over 5'5" or 5'6" to see over the back rail.
