I don't get it, Ciaron. Some people here are just VERY irrational and just look for opportunities to be offended.

OTOH, declaring yourself hot . . .
The rabbi who must praise himself has a congregation of one.

Nope. I never called you or anyone else ugly.
Maybe you mixed me up with someone else.
Or maybe you were lying in a bid for sympathy.

Posted: 11/1/06 at 5:00pmAh, now it gets philosophical. Does an implied absence of beauty consitute ugliness? This would be such a great topic for Tyra Banks to tackle on a future show.

Well to be fair, to say that someone isn't cute doesn't automaticall mean that they think you're ugly.
I don't think Ryan Phillipe is cute. I think he's fvcking walking sex.

I stand by all those comments and still maintain I did not call you ugly.
But I will be happy to let Munk be the arbiter of whether I did or not.

I've never really understood why anybody would feel the need to describe themselves as hot or cute on a message board unless they somehow want the attention of "old fogies" - I mean I have a gay.com account and a BWW account but I don't really feel the need to cross them...
And to be fair, C - if you are going to say you are cute and hot - you probably should be obligated to post a more revealing picture.

To be fair, Michael Bennett, on gay.com most people laugh at us who love Broadway musicals. So why not avoid the laughter and take advantage of BWW??? =P
On a more serious note, why are we having this discussion on a thread about a lady like Ms.Angela Lansbury?

They laugh because a discussion of Broadway musicals is time wasted that you could be driving over to their house for the real goal.
And according to Bea Arthur, Angela Lansbury would love this.

He is a self-described "spoiled-brat" which is a euphemism for "kept" boy or prostitute.
HAHA OMG can we be BFF 4eva? This is my favorite post ever!!!!
I am not "kept" by anyone (unless my dead grandmothers inheritance counts?) I have my own money.

LJay, it's your job to write a review then for us who didn't get a picture.
*Sigh*
Anyone has any thoughts on Lansbury's "Shall I Tell You What I Think Of You?" *end of awkward attempt to change topic*

Fosca I have made it my mission to find Angie in KIng and I. If only to be able to listen to it once. Now I just need to know where to find it!!
It's strange because I believe it was the only musical she did where she was not the star of that particular production.
re: Lansbury in 'The King and I'#75
Posted: 11/1/06 at 8:49pmI can only imagine how great she was in the role. Though Donna Murphy will always be my Anna Loewens, I imagine if I had seen Lansbury I might have a different opinion.
