Posted: 8/18/08 at 6:47pmThere's an EPA coming up on the 25th, they're also still looking to cast a key role and some understudies. There isn't even an official date for first rehearsal.

Posted: 8/18/08 at 6:50pmI hope the playwright finally starts writing women fairly with this show. His plays have felt unbalanced to say the least in favor of men. After Oleanna, I felt like David Mamet never really did learn how to write for women either, which is too bad.

Posted: 8/18/08 at 7:54pmSo the EPA notice says that the role of Kent is up for grabs- looks like Pablo Schreiber won't be appearing in the play on Broadway. It's a shame- he's really great.

Too bad about Pablo. It was one of the tightest 4-person ensembles I've ever seen.
And it'll win Alison Pill a Tony.
