I know the first preview was only tonight, but does anyone happen to know if they'll be implementing any sort of rush policy?

Instead of starting a new thread I'm gonna throw my question into this one.
Those that went, where were the TDF Tickets?

Going to post a review or just tease me?
really not much to say about this one... Updated On: 3/13/09 at 11:38 PM
The website says $26.50 2 hours before the performance. It just says rush (no mention of whether it's just students or not).

This early in previews, and with no "stars" in the cast, I think it will be easy to move around.

Anyone rushed 'reasons' lately? I want to see it tomorrow...how early will I need to get there, since it's a 'two hours prior' rush?
And any word on where the seats have been located?
I don't think it's very hard to get a ticket. It's not filling the theater at all. They are happy to sell you a rush seat.

Actually, they're NOT happy to sell rush. My best friend went to rush it today and because his college ID didn't have an expiration date on it, he was turned away.
I LOVE when shows that sell at 20% turn people away from buying tickets. It just proves even more how ridiculous these producers are.
I went to rush DESIRE UNDER THE ELMS with another friend the other week and was told he could give me two rush seats on opposite ends of the theater. Normally I wouldn't care because it's not like I'm going to be talking to the person I'm with during the show, but this just kind of got to me. I asked him "Even though you're selling at around 30% capacity and I'm willing to put good money on the fact that there's at least a few hundred empty seats in the orchestra you're really going to split these up?" He just looked at me, said "yup", I said "Happy Closing" and walked away. RIdiculous.
I rushed Desire Under the Elms and reasons to be pretty and never had any trouble. In fact, I had pleasurable and easy experiences at both.
I went around 12:30 on a Sunday afternoon and got the third and fourth seats off the aisle of the front row for Desire and then on Saturday for reasons to be pretty I got there at around 12:30 and got two side orch rush seats in row G.

I haven't done it, but my friend got a flyer on his campus for student rush for the show and it says to text- reasons to 42903 starting at 10 am on the day you want to see the show, it'll let you know what's available, and then you have a window of time to pick up. Seems pretty simple. No idea where the seats will be. But there aren't too many bad ones in that theatre. And I agree with Brantley and think the show should win the Tony.
I'm planning to rush on Wednesday for the matinee. Considering it's closing next Sunday, do you all think there will actually be some competition for rush seats or that it will still be easy to get them?
I don't know - I got there at 7:50 last Monday night and was given a seat in the back row of the mezzanine even though it was hardly packed. My friend was given a seat on the other side of the theatre. They're also ridiculous, almost not accepting my student ID because an issue date wasn't clear.
