No, not yet but Idina said in one of her letters on her site (www.idina.com) that she saw the posters/artwork and thought they were incredible. Can't wait to see them!

Back on topic, they probably won't release the posters until closer to the release or after it opens. So no worries for now.

The posters wouldn't be released after the film comes out; that would be silly. Maybe you won't be able to *buy* them until after, but they're promotional materials. You'll probably start seeing them out and about in the not-so distant future.

I work in a movie theater, and I'm close friends with the Promotions Manager. He's already promised me practically his ENTIRE stock of "Rent" promo material when he gets it.
But he said that seriously... ANY DAY NOW he should be getting it all... he's surprised that he HASN'T gotten the posters yet. They start advertising for films usually very very early. So, you'll be seeing stuff soon, I promise.

ya there's already posters out for the Harry Potter movie and that comes out a week after RENT, so hopefully they will be out soon! Do u think they will be in stores or will u have to buy them off the internet?
You're lucky u get all the promotional stuff for free :P, when the RENT tour came to my city I was tempted to steal the posters off the doors of the theatre, but I didn't haha

I work at the movie theatre... I'll let you know if anything goes up on our walls.
I've already asked the manager, and he told me I could probably take the RENT posters!!! I'm really excited to get them...

emcee... I would talk to the manager, not to any of the workers because there is nothing the workers can do to get the posters for other people

That's awesome... I figured they wouldn't have the RENT movie trailer in my town for a while, but little did I know that it was before Bewitched! I have four managers, so it's a little more complicated for me, but the one manager I asked is kind of in charge... and he told me to just remind him when November rolls around about the RENT poster.
Actually, the RENT advertisement might not even be a poster, we also have cardboard cutouts and things like that... that would be awesome to have somewhere in my house [if it doesn't fit in my room]
