Edison Cafe at the Edison Hotel on 46th/47th (?) between Bway and 8th. They have a counter, just request it. Many Broadway peeps also use the counter if they're alone. I've seen Mark Linn-Baker, Raul Esparza, and others I can't think of at the counter.
