I know it sounds weird. we bought the tickets from a group. we paid $800 each ticket from the group and promised orchestra. thats all we know

I'm thinking he has no tickets but is trying to get a line sitting customer without them knowing. $1600-$398=$1202 fee which is $50/hr for 24 hours (if you even have to wait that long anymore?). What a loser.

Best guess is that once you made a deal he would push back the time like "aww shucks the group that bought the tickets had to be here to show the cc" or something like that so he could buy time until he got them from the line.

YES MY AD SAID 700 ON OUR INSTAGRAM PAGE. we want 800 ticket but the lowest can go is 700 a ticket.............................oh boy great detective work....YES YOU GOT ME.............the original ad did say $800 or best offer right????????????????????????

Craigslist is definitely the better place for a "deal" like this, where the seller won't have a bunch of experienced theater fans and ticket buyers scrutinizing every word.
