spelling bee or wedding singer- Page 2

SweetQ: Withoutatrace and myself preferred The Wedding Singer. I think you're great and a very smart person, you should talk about your own opinions. I've been told that many shows I loved were good and I ended up hating them and vice versa. Anyways, I do love both Bee and TWS, I just prefer TWS, I've seen Bee once, and it was enough(I loved it), but TWS, I've seen it 7 times...and counting!!!

PS=I hope you love it as much as I did, but it is always to have low expectations when seeing a show, so I don't wanna say too much about TWS.

There really is no comparison between the two, in my opinion. Spelling Bee is an intelligent, fun, entertaining show and TWS is mildly entertaining but the book is weak. I don't know one person who has seen both who would prefer TWS over Spelling Bee.

They are two of my favorite shows on Broadway right now, but I would go with Spelling Bee any day.
