do they actually check for student IDs or just an ID that will prove your of student age? I want to student rush the tour of Legally Blonde in L.A. but have never been given a student ID in my life

if you look like a student, and have an ID that proves your age, I don't think there should be a problem. But I have no idea how strict the venue in L.A is.

Most venues in NY require the student id. Some will only take COLLEGE id. The thought is that if you are still in HS, your parents are paying for most things anyway.


In Boston, they usually ask for student id as well. (In this day and age, I'm suprised you don't have one for school.)

There have even been a couple of times where I would walk into the box office and they wouldn't sell me a ticket because I didn't have my student ID with me despite the fact that I clearly looked like a student.

One can be a student at any age- does it have to be a full time student? I am enrolled in a class- am I a student?

As long as you have a student ID, they won't know.
