hey i was just wondering if anyone could tell me what to do if you can't use your tickets for a show? ticketmaster says they're non-refundable, but if you give them back and they re-sell them, do you get your money back? they're tickets for wicked if that makes any difference. i don't know if this makes sense the way i worded it, but any help would be appreciated. thanks :)
They won't give you your money back, most likely, but you can exchange them for another date, they're very good about that. Once you exchange them once, you cannot do it again, though. WICKED will gladly take the tickets back, because they know they can re-sell them 2 seconds later. But no worries.

OOH bump.
Same question.
EDIT: OK, mine are from Telecharge and for Brooklyn...seriously.
Do you think I can exchange them too?
Random Question... Are they good seats? And what is the date you got them for?

i had wicked tickets for rosh hashana this year and bought them without knowing the date. i ran back to the box office and they happily exchanged them for a later date.
BKLYN will definitely take them back - Telecharge is nicer than Ticketmaster about it if you have to deal with them directly, and not the box office.

So I should call up Telecharge tomorrow?
Obviously, what else would you do. Call them now, they're open.
