Let's step out on a limb here...

What role could you REALISTICALLY in the REAL WORLD play? So many people on here are so young, and the voices have not developed. Everyone and their mother seems to be able to want Elphaba in Wicked - I imagine most people aren't vocally ready for something like that. I am, by no means, trying to be mean - just realistic. And why not - the regular theatre world certainly is when casting! There is no doubt much talent on this board - but remember...there is a difference in the roles you WANT and the roles you could actually play.

Amneris in Aida (Gah, so close!)
Elphaba in Wicked
Eponine in Les Mis
Witch in Into the Woods
Joanne or Maureen in RENT
Christmas Eve in Avenue Q
Lucy in Jekyll and Hyde
Rosie Alvarez in Bye Bye Birdy
Urchin in LSOH

Except maybe Rosie...but that'll come in time...::shakes her fist at ballet::

And realistically, I do mean in the future.

In present time, I could play...

Eponine in Les Miz

Well, I started to make a list and found that basically any character that Idina Menzel played, I would LOVE to do (Elphaba, Maureen, Kate, etc.). I swear, I'm not a stalker fan! She just has gotten some DAMN good parts!

Momma --> Chicago!
Cpt Hook --> Peter Pan (as a woman, which he kinda is anyway)
Puck --> Midsummer Nights Dream (not a musical, but still...)

If he were a girl, Mark from Rent.

Honestly, anything I get. Just doing theatre is enough for me. (wooh for low self esteem!)

there's so many roles that i would love to play.

One of the top would definitely be Che in Evita, mainly to prove my dad wrong, after he's told me many a time i could never pull off that role.
