even my suggestion of Perks of Being A wallflower lol? i was semi joking at that one, but I think with the right composer it could be a possibility.

The thing is, besides being an utter toad of a human being, Riedel usually has the least knowledge of the topic in the room. He doesn't usually understand the content or approach of a show, and is always completely and unfailingly socially ignorant, which makes it really infuriating when Susan can't get a word in edgewise. A definitive mansplainer; it's always painful when he has female guests. I watch the show sporadically when I really want to see a guest, because it's the only theatre talkshow we have, but it would be so much better without this hateful clown in a dadcoat. "Clair," a musical written by Gilbert O Sullivan (the guy who did "Alone Again Naturally.") 

Uncle Ray has to be played by a young nerdy person in his teens. Ray's attraction to Clair would be a little weird if he was older.

I would like to see Only A Lad, the Danny Elfman jukebox musical that played NYMF in the last decade. Sadly, it was staged during a change in representation and the stage rights for the music were closed off again after the initial run.

In terms of shows that don't exist, I'd love to see a musical written by or with the OGLAF creator. There's something weirdly joyous and musical about the tone he has developed over the years- and who wouldn't love a slightly absurdist, quirky, polymorphously perverse romp through the kind of high-fantasy world that's become so cliche in the Game of Thrones era?
