I'm going to NY in January and can't decide which three shows to see out of the Color Purple, Drowsy Chaperone, Les Mis, and Jersey Boys. I know for sure that I want to see Les Mis but besides for that it's up in the air. Any suggestions....?

Definitely Jersey Boys, and then my other vote would be Drowsy.

My vote is the same- Jersey Boys and Drowsy... they are wonderful!

Les Miserables and Drowsy definitely. I don't know much about either of the other two.

but you should definitely see sweeney todd. the other 3 are really good (esp drowsy) but sweeney is the best thing on broadway

Do you guys think Drowsy and Purple will be open by then? They seem to be doing good now, but what about in a few months?

millie_dillmount, we never know how long a show is going to run, but that doesn't mean we should buy tickets. If we were like that, there'd be no advance sales and they'd be closed, so we can't be like that!
