One came on last night right after Desperate Housewives and all of my roommates (except the one who couldn't care less about Broadway) and me gasped and stared at the tv in silence. Then I launched into an argument with one of my roommates about whether they should show flashbacks to April or not.

So I have the TV on in the background a LOT when I'm doing homework ect. and everytime a Rent commercial comes on a jump and say RENT! and get all excited and watch attentivly...and I have seen it a lot. It is literally on at least once during every single show I watch (including Desperate Housewives last night, that was thrilling!) but yes i jump I get excited and watch like my life depended on it!

I do! My sister watches MTV non-stop so usually I will be upstairs on the computer when I hear the opening chords. I then proceed to jump out of my seat and run down the stairs as fast as I possibly can. It's my daily exercise

My friends and family think I'm off my rocker. Everytime I see the trailer on TV (or hear SOL playing in Best Buy) I start jumping around and giggling like a fangirl. It's completely absurd, but I can't help it, I've never felt as personally invested in a film as I do this one.
My livejournal has become something of a RENT shrine. I blabber on about every film update for entry upon entry. I am sure my friends can't wait for this film to open so I'll finally just shut up about it.

Every time I see a Rent commercial on TV, I freak out and turn up the volume and just stare at it.

I saw the movie and occasionally get excited. Especially since I am going to see it again in NYC on Thanksgiving. Although the trailer is on way too much on NBC.

So, I'm going to see a movie tonight, and I haven't picked one yet. What movies are showing the trailer these days? There really isn't a specific movie I want to see, so this seems like the best way to decide. I'll go see whatever movie is playing the RENT trailer. Does anybody know?
Pillowpants. 'Nuff said.

Oddly enough, I have yet to see a RENT trailer on TV. 0_0 I saw the spot on TRL, but thats it as far as TV bits go. Sure, I don't watch that much TV anymore but every now and then I'll get an hour in while doing some art HW and I never see one. Weird. Maybe I'm just not watching the right channels?

IF they ever showed one on TV here, I would definitely be rushing to the TV...I do when I see a Harry Potter trailer. Yep...My family's stationed in Germany, so the only real "trailers" I see are what's coming to the AAFES theater on base.
Not even German MTV has shown a RENT trailer as far as I know.
