Spider-Man doesn't count as it was in development long before Disney bought Marvel. Sony is involved as they own many rights to Spider-Man which may include the stage rights.
I know they aren't involved with Spider-Man, but I believe they get royalties still since they own the name. They wouldn't be listed as producers because they haven't put any money into it. But controlling the rights gives them a lot of power over the production. They could have it shut down if they decided to pull the rights (or I could be completely wrong there). But I think they'll leave it alone and hope it becomes a real hit and actually recoups as to not spoil the name of Spider-Man.
Disney has abosolutly no say/makes no money off of Spiderman, because since it was already in development prior to the purchase of Marvel it is grandfathered in, so Sony retains all rights to the property just like they do with the new film franchise.
