Look, I am not saying that a few people wait round for 10 to roll by for the rush. And I am willing to admit that maybe this dosen't always happen and I was dealing with a cop who had a bug up his ass.
But, the kinds of lines your talking bout like in the early days of Rent. Can never and will never happen again. If you ask the people at the Nederlander box office why they had a line and then had to switch to a lotto they would tell you that it's becuase they got sitations from the cops for having people block a public place for a long period of time.
