Wonderful article.  If memory serves.me the national tour launched in San.Francisco.  Met with great critical acclaim and was embraced by all the bay area cities.  So thrilling to have experienced it at the beginning.

A Strange Loop is currently playing at American Conservatory Theatre in San Francisco as part of their season.

I second that emotion.  November for me.  If Eddie leaves in August or September, I'll live.

I wish them well, but I will believe this when it is up and running.......perhaps not even then.  Yes, Aliante is a "local" hotel/casino.

Thanks for this.  Attending late September with my theatre group.  Twenty-two people.  First production photos have me excited as well.  We will be located center mezzanine, just a couple of rows back.

Scaled down tour?  

This gives me an evening slot to fill on October 4.  I just dunno about Shucked.  Set for Merrily, Shark, HLL and Back to the Future.  Sweeney again?  Josh was out my previous visit and I had a bad location in the mezz.  Just didn't care for this revival.but will offer it to my group when it tours.

 

 

It will play the Golden Gate here.  Large, but we usually get very good first, second and third rows in side loge...not extreme side though.  Am really hoping that North Country goes into the Curran.   Much more intimate than Golden Gate or Orpheum.

Great.  The quoted group prices certain!y haven't dropped. 

FYI Ambassadors seems to be more active with their dynamic pricing than SHN ever was, but that has been a boon for some of our group performances.  By ordering so early for Tina we saved $40 off the regular prices and because Les Miz was so popular we saved a whopping $130 per seat!
