i know theres no lotto. on the playbill site it says type: inexpensive tickets. price: $25 - sold in advance.

I would assume that they are changed as needed, like if something breaks or if it doesnt work properly. I doubt that they regularly change entire sets.

As for costumes, the same. Sometimes new actors in a part would get new versions, or again if it starts to look old. I again doubt if they regularly change them
