It would be so much easier for you to just stop commenting on this and let the conversation get back to Moulin Rouge’s closi

This seems a little dramatic. Maybe she was bad on Pose, but also look at the material she was given. That was 4years ago. Can we hope that she's gotten better and let her get a chance at Broadway? She was Angel in the Rent revival before Pose and was great. So.. maybe see her in this production then form an opinion.

Ithinkthe whole cast sounds great although Josh gives me Brad vibes not Rocky but I'm probably just mentally typecasting him.
It also brings me a particular pleasure to see MJ Rodriguez work steadily after practically being ignored for being the beating heart of Pose. Awards bodies latched onto Porter bec

This cast to me feels strangely mix and match or "best we could get from what there was", but I'm curious about the direction and concept."
Actually, after more thought (and some tequila), I agree with u.

I agree. The cast is sad and not exciting. Meh"
I don’t 100% agree with your assessment. I think the casting is good and somewhat exciting!! These days, in order to get a bway show up and running for at least 6-8 months, a show needs star power, and this casting announcement certainly checks that box! Can’t wait to see Juliette Lewis and Rachel Dratch!

THE QUEEN OF VERSAILLES To Close January 4, 2026 Dec 9
2025, 03:52:29 PM
“Unfortunately, the harsh economic realities of new Broadway musicals in a post-Covid landscape have caught up with us... The industry as a whole is no longer seeing the audience behaviors we’ve relied on to shape our strategies for decades. This has led us to the painful decision to move our closing earlier, to Sunday, December 21st."
Audience behaviors??? What?

I hope Ryah gets a shot at it, I wish Sherie could just close this thing out."
What injury?
