I’d say go for it…at minimum there will be lots of cool staging and effects for him to look at. It’s really a beautiful little show."
Oh, true, of course! Appreciate the info! I also am a believer in introducing my kids to things they mig

It isn't a big splashy show with a big chorus doing dance numbers. But I enjoyed it more than something like The Great Gatsby which added big dance numbers for the Broadway adaptation. Are you looking for just one show to see? The Outsiders is probably pricier. I saw it at a matinee full of school groups. The kids beside me

As for your 16-year-old…this isn’t a romantic comedy in the traditional sense, and there’s a lot he might enjoy, including some really impressive visuals and the robot characteri

FWIW, I wanted to see this for a modest amount of money, ended up buying $59 seats center balcony Row C and was quite pleased with the view. It was only the times when they come far downstage that the view was slightly problematic, but it didn't last for long. I do agree that center anywhere for this show is the way to go.
"
Great to know - thank you!

There are currently a few discount codes that can be used on Telecharge, the official ticket seller: HAPPYMAIL and HAPPYDTL. The promo works on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday shows through May. Tickets have to be purchased by February 9.
You want to be as close to the center sections in the orchestra or mezz as possible. Avoid the far sides.
It will dependwhen you want to go and how that particular show is selling. It's often available on TKTS, but not always. Yesterday's matinee was sold out, so it wasn't on TKTS."
Thanks so much! Do you think I should ask about my question about my 16 yo son in that thread, or just wait for someone to add feedback to this thread? I don't know the etiquette of this forum (only been here 1 other time).

Hi everyone! I am heading to NYC the last week of March 2025. I was looking up a show to bring my family to (2 adults, 1 adult daughter, 1 teen boy) and Maybe Happy Ending has piqued my curiosity. A few questions:
1. Any thoughts on a teen boy (16 yo) liking this show? My son is quiet and funny, so I'm thinking he could like it if it was a great show....although he would never pick a Rom-Com movie on his own so that makes me second guess.
2. For

We will be seeing DEH at Music Box Theater (this week - yay!). I looked on the website and don't see any bag policy. I will have a large purse with a nice camera in it, and my daughter might have a purse and a single bag from shopping that afternoon. Will that be a problem? We won't be near our hotel to return things to the room before our show.
Thanks!

Is that a decent location for a seat? The floor tickets are off to the side (and more expensive) so I figured center was better even if it was up high? Please correct me if I am wrong on that."
In my opinion you are totally correct in going with center mezz.

Taking my daughter (and me) to our first Broadway show! I am confused and would love some help. I saw that our date (Feb 26th) is within the 2 for 1 special on Telecharge, but I can't seem to get the discount to show up when I am checking out. I assume I am doing something wrong?
Or I saw tickets on TodayTix. I am wondering why "Mezzanine" is less than "Rear Mezzanine"?
Finally, should I just chance it and get Rush tickets? My daughter w
