re: Does she have a site?

thank you musicalFan. That's what I was thinking.

Anyway it's a long and complicated story, nothing to be discussed on this board.

musicalsFan was totally right with the guess. Angela Christian asked to take the website down and to respect her privacy that's what happened.

Shame since she deserved to get more recognition, still it was her choice.

I wish I could go too. Hope the rumours are true and she's actually performing a few concerts in London in August.
re: HIGHLY UPSET...that the Cast of 'THE WOMAN IN WHITE' was snubbed
 May 17 2006, 06:58:58 AM
Sadly the whole cast never had the slightest chance after what happened to the show for what sort of reason whatsoever.

All of them surely deserved a nomination, although it's just an award and everyone who actually saw them perform knows how good they really are!

So remember the show as it was, a piece of art, forgotten by the most, still to the one who will remember it, it will always be something special. That's the way it should be.

WickedGeek28 is right. That's how the did the bows in London and in New York.

Angela Christian (Anne), I never understood why she didn't get a own bow. To put them with the character of Mr. Fairlie and Glyde, was in my opinion not the right way to do it. They should have done those two together and let Anne bow with Walter and Laura.

As for the actors Angela Christian, Adam Brazier and Jill Paice, all of them deserved a own bow. They were clearly as good as Maria and howe

re: Woman in white UK tour. For those of you who remember the woman in white

I also spoke to Angela Christian and as said as I find it I have to agree with wickedgeek28, there aren't any plans of a tour in the us. And if, with none of the original broadway cast.

the uk is very likely, from what I have heard, still there isn't any official statment yet, so all we can do is wait...

WIW Cast Stage Door Pics
 Feb 25 2006, 11:39:29 AM
Has anyone taken some photos when waiting at the stage door. I am just working an a little book writing down my experience with WIW and I still need some of the cast playing in New York.

I've been at the stage door myself but my camera wasn't working that day (was this close to smash it)

Anyone can help me? Please pm me.

YAY, cool thought it was her but since I never actually saw her I wasn't sure...

muscle23ftl - Angela said the show would be likely to tour? That astonishes me since she actually never says anything if that's a rumour so it must be true. I also wonder how they'd be able to use the projections.

I so much wanted to catch her after the last performance. Shame I needed to get to the airport.

Anyone any idea how to find out what she'll be doing next. She hasn't got a website or anything to look it up. Such a pity.

By the way who's the girl on your pic?

And I am putting up a review of the shows I've seen at my life journal if someone wanna have a look http://white-princess.livejournal.com/

When did you meet Sonia? I only saw her ones in London. Haven't spoken to her though.

muscle23ftl I have to agree with you. I am missing this show alreadly like crazy.

It's gone forever, can you believe it. I feel so fortunate to have seen the last 3 shows though. And Maria has been so a darling. Never forget her performance. I do hope she's coming back to London very soon, can't wait to see her again.

Anyone talked to Angela Christian Sunday after the show?

muscle23ftl were you at the stage door before the last show too and did you speak out loud how much you love this woman ( Maria) when she arrived. I surely saw a smile in her face when she heard it. Thought this was really cute of you

Damn it I can't believe WIW will haunt the stage no more. That's so sad...

re: I saw the last performance of Woman in White

I saw the last performance too. Infact I flew to NYC just to see the last 3 performances and I didn't regret it. The intire cast has been absolutely stunning and the 3 ladys have been far better then the time I saw them in London.

I especially loved Maria and Angela's performance and I started crying along with Maria when she couldn't end up All For Laura at the last show.

Someone asked what Maria said at the end of the show. I've had front seats and she said: THANKS I LOVE

I wouldn't count on Jill Paice going on tour. She has done the role of Laura a long time and I can imagine that she wanna do something else next.
re: WIW-last performance (which ticket should I take)
 Feb 15 2006, 04:45:50 PM
well i have seen it 7 times in london before so i really don´t care about the projection I´d just like to see the actors up close as much as possible and since the front seats in orchestra are all taken and those are the best seats I could find.

I´d prefer row a as well but I just don´t know how the vue is from far right. It´s nearly the last seat in the row. Get what I mean?

WIW-last performance (which ticket should I take)
 Feb 15 2006, 04:31:39 PM
Anyone, I am just about to get a ticket for the closing performance of WIW but I do need your help.

I've got 3 to choose, which should I take.

Mezz Row A Seat 24 2ND LEVEL OF THEATRE
RIGHT OF CENTER STAGE SEATING

Mezz Row A Seat 24 2ND Level of theatre left of center stage seating

or Mezz Row F Seat 113 Center Stage Seating.

If anyone knows where you can probably see the best tell me as quickly as possible.

Thanks
