I saw the workshop last year, and it is significantly different from the show (although I'm sure it's changed even more since then). There was a HUGE spoiler. Marc and Scott begged the audience not to leak it, but by the time I got home, it was already everywhere.  Curious to see if they kept that in.

Off the top of my head, I have a million dollar bill from Dirty Rotten Scoundrels and Ned Ryerson's business card from Groundhog Day, plus THOSE rose petals (please don't make me say it here) from Resistible Rise of Arturo Ui off Broadway.  Lots of glitter, streamer, etc. from various shows as well.

 

Much bloodier, penises dropping from the ceiling, and a few song changes.  I was hoping for a longer run.

It is an open run, but I do know Jason Gotay is tied to an upcoming project that would necessitate his leaving.

I stand corrected. However, it is still fun, and there IS a warning, so if people don't heed it, that's not on the production.

In that case, you should have said it was unnecessary in your opinion and not presumed to speak for everyone who's seen it.

Unnecessary?  Maybe.  Fun and innovative?  Absolutely.

I bet you are one of those people who wants everyone around them to sit at a concert.

 

I spoke to Yazbek (Thom Sesma, Eddie Cooper, and Jeb Brown were all there also) and he said he does not yet know if it is this season or next season.  He couldn't have been BSing me, but that's what I've been hearing pretty consistently.

I am assuming (yes, I know) that they are loking for an A grade well known star for Lance to pull in tourists.  

Chris Fitzgerald is patsy, JMI is Arthur, Kritzer and Urie as expected, ETHAN SLATER as Herbert, Jimmy Smagula as Bedevire and Nik Walker as Galahad.  No Lance yet.

Don't know if this is it but I was told by a cast member that Room is still coming to Broadway, they were just working on Adrienne's availability.

Supposed to miss the first two performances for a high paying gig, caught COVID (severely, from what I was told) and missed the entire two week run

well it can't possibly be WORSE

so are you saying it is canceled for this upcoming weekend, 9/24-9/25?  No one there answers when I call.

Piano Lesson has been moved to the Barrymore so ITW can extend.

Does anyone happen to know why Colin Donnell was replaced?  My friend said he was perfect in the role and I know from an interaction I had with him that he was planning on transferring with it.
