Where have you been backstage??
 Jul 5 2010, 03:17:41 PM
The Golden when it housed Avenue Q, and I got to go on-stage after the show at the Neil Simon during Hairspray.
Kate Winslet in N2N??

You guys decide.

Kate Winslet in N2N??

I'm just curious, do you have a source? I'd like to see her give the role a shot, but I'm not sure about her singing. I don't know if Diana is the type of role that you can stunt cast.

Jessica Phillips as Diana in N2N. Personally, I preferred her singing more than Alice Ripley's.
Lisa Brescia as Elphaba in Wicked.

Personally, I'd love to see Johnny Tartaglia as Buddy in Elf.

I agree, the logo looks horrible. I hope it's better than the webpage lets on.

too.tragic, I did not know that his name was of Spanish derivation. 'Fijero', huh? ;]

I gotta vote Lisa Brescia myself.

dg - I hope the ushers came and reprimanded them...

Almost every show I go to, I hear talking and/or see fans dancing - it's almost inevitable.

I have no idea about these shows

Les Miz
Ragtime
Light in the Piazza
Company
Show Boat
Follies.
Same as a lot of people on here. There are more that I'm not remembering.

re: What Broadway-Related Names Would You Give Your Children?

I always liked the name Sutton, too.

Nessarose is pretty. I have a friend who wanted a golden retriever just to name it Galinda - regardless of its gender.

Christian Borle was in Thoroughly Modern Millie with Sutton Foster.
re: Shrek Stage Door Experiences

When I went last week, everyone but Sutton came out. A girl next to me said she'd been to 15 of the shows Sutton's been in and she hasn't come out of the stage door once.

Is it bad that I'm laughing at the expense of the little girl crying in the picture?

Alexander Gemignani was in Sweeny Todd with Michael Cerveris.

Either way, he looks possessed.

Lotte - I LOVE IT. I adore how you left the arms Caucasian (oh yes, I am indeed politically correct.) ...brilliant. :] The beard Mel Gibson's sporting in that picture doesn't scare me as much as his eyes do. What the hell is wrong with them?! x]

Whenever I see obituaries posted here, I always have to hum to myself, "Another One Bites the Dust."

RIP; though.

re: Onstage commotion at SA mat yesterday!

Yes, 'cause the TV advert for a prescription drug(Viagra? Hmm...) advised him to, "Look out for our ad in Playboy!"

More importantly - why would they give any sort of ticket to a guy reading a playboy in line?
