I was there last night too.  It was there, and if I could figure out how to post a photo I'd prove it!

Saw the show this past Sunday. I was prepared for all of that craziness -- mid-show standing ovations, palpable nervous excitement and energy, and Lea blowing the roof off the August Wilson. There wasn't even entrance applause! And, I felt that she was holding back and, at some point, realized she was fighting hard to keep going. No, certainly not more demanding than the hard-working ensemble of Some Like it Hot, for example.

Me think the lady protesteth too much...

If you as a producer can't offer the show that audiences have paid hundreds to see (not to mention those who travel to the city paying travel, hotel, meals...)-- then shut it down and refund those hundreds.  Classic bait and switch...

I'm worried I just screwed up!  Bought a ticket to 5:00 Saturday matinee on Nov. 12 thinking I could make my evening performance of A Man of No Importance at CSC....but now I see THAT curtain is at 7:00.  Can I make it?
