PHANTOM: the movie
I was just curious as to what theatre folks thought about THE PHANTOM OF THE OPERA becoming a movie. Any thoughts, comments, complaints?

i definitely think it's more difficult for women to obtain roles in shows simply because of the intense competition and pressure of the industry. NOT to say that there is no competition or pressure to get mens' roles, however, i've seen some women who are just plain cruel...

it is my belief that half of growing as a performer is by being an audience member, so i completely agree that tickets should be available to everyone...
