I’ve never attended one of his shows Kad-not one. I don’t watch his movies either bc I know someone who worked with him, not even for him, just with him. This entire thread is so hypocritical. You go to his shows, watch his movies, and support his enablers- all the performers we all love who have read the same articles and heard all the same rumors. There are several posters here who seem to have VERY reliable sources. When they decide to post something they’ve heard I usually take notice. One thing to keep in mind - as with any online platform, sometimes people who have just joined suddenly have a major rumor they just have to share with all of us that proves to be 100% BS. They could be just looking to stir the pot or could be low level folks who are kind of in the biz looking to speak something into existence.

I was so sad to see the news of his Alzheimer’s diagnosis yesterday, but in true Bennett fashion his “Life is a gift, even with Alzheimer’s” reminded me again of why he is so beloved. His Mr. Broadway album has long been one of my favorites and his version of The Party’s Over I find to be among the best!
