It happened to me last January during Omicron for Cat on a Hot Tin Roof and Flying Over Sunset. A refund was issued, and you'll need to place a new order from their website.

Saw it pre-pandemic on the second-row orchestra and was really impressed by two (?) set changes, although the Irish accent totally lost me. Debating if I should go back or review the NTLive recording and save my time for other plays

Front row MEZZ is great at Nederland and arguably better than some orchestra seats as it's closer to the stage w/ any obstruction

Phantom of the Opera — Orchestra G8 (1.7 night)Flying over Sunset — Orchestra J310 (1.8 matinee)I thought Phantom tix was mezzanine only? No complaints though, and I was able to move over two seats as the row (and almost half of the side orchestra) was almost empty.
