How is the Rear-Mezz at the Jacobs?
 Mar 5 2012, 02:58:35 PM
I want to see Once and I was just wondering how the view is from the Rear-Mezz in general. I am listening to the album now and this makes me want to see it even more!

Godspell Participation
 Mar 3 2012, 10:29:48 PM
I am sitting in Row B Seats 235-237. I would be very interested to participate in this show and I was wondering if there were any chances of me getting to participate. I am 17 and I am really excited for this! Are the participators only on this pillowside seats?
Godspell Stage Door
 Mar 3 2012, 09:59:34 PM
I am also interested, I am going next week! The "stage door" is really the lobby right? I hope I'm not jacking this thread but do they come out on matinees. I'm sorry if I threadjacked.
American Thatre
 Feb 21 2012, 11:58:45 PM
Does anyone know if there are any places that sell the American Theater magazine? I just read that this month the Son's of the Prophet script will be in it! Do I need to subscribe to read it and if I do is it worth it? (I already get Playbill.)

Wishful thinking I guess. I also can see Euan as the baker.

Am I the only one who still could see Laura Benanti be Cinderella? I think she could still pull it off and I love her! Has there been any revivals where people have played the same part? (Other than Yul Brynner and people like that?)
shows that you would like to see made into cdast cd's

^^^^^
As Hunter says in [title of show] "I have opinions on things I never have seen or heard off". And I would love to hear a recording of Lysistrata Jones but I do not see that happening.

Death of a Salesman Seating Question
 Feb 21 2012, 11:36:32 PM
Hey guys,
How is the view from the far right and left rear mezz of the Barrymore? I am trying to get tickets fro Death of a Salesman and I was just wondering. I looked on the new Telecharge, but I am not sure how accurate it is. Does anyone know of it is pretty accurate because if it is they are not bad seats.
Thanks guys.

So, I know someone who has a VCR of this show when it was shown on T.V a while ago and I watched the first 20 minutes and it was painful. It really looked horrible. I was just wondering if anyone else saw this and how their experience was.
Paul Shaffer in GODSPELL

Do you think this will still be here by March 10th? I am actually really looking forward to this and I have the second row! I don't think the album is actually that bad. Some songs are cool. But wow those seats were pretty obvious.

SMASH

I am really enjoying this show! I thought the scene where the son was talking to Deborah about the baby. I thought that was great (even though his acting sucked.). Also, when I first watched it I think Christian Borle jumped the gun announcing that Ivy was Marilyn. I just think it is weird and even though it is unlikely I still think they didn't officially choose her. I'm not sure. :) But it is a great show!
How is the Rear Mezz of the Brooks Atkinson?
 Feb 7 2012, 05:59:29 PM
I got an e-mail for the presale for "Peter and the Starcatcher". How is the view and I know the show has small props. Do you think it will be an issue seeing? And id their a rail in the front row of the Rear Mezz (I am short). Sorry for all the questions! Thanks!

Okay thank you I am going on Wednesday! Does anyone know how the current cast is? I believe Jackie Burns is playing Elphaba and Chandra Lee Schwartz is Glinda.
Don't Dress for Dinner
 Feb 6 2012, 08:45:54 PM
Would I need to see Boeing Boeing to understand Don't Dress for Dinner? Is it necessary because I bought tickets for it and then I found out it is a sequel! And would anyone know if it is okay for a teenager? Thanks!

I know there are a million threads on this and I could find one on search..... but how is Row X in the center orchestra? Can you see the dragon hanging above the stage and can you see the lift during Defying Gravity? I would guess facial expressions are barely visible. Thanks guys!
