For some reason, I saw this, and im like - I don't know if hes on this board, but 10 bucks this is you.

I would have paid to see many things druing this production.

A- Your face when you saw the cast list at 6am or so
B- Ron's Face. Period. During everything from callbacks to first run through.
C- The SHOW. I WANTED to see this SHOW. Who needs college? Being an AD was like Frenchwoods University!

I'm no broadway actress (yet).

But I find that if I am into my character enough, if I am fully focused... the tears usually come. I have cried of relief on stage, of greif, of sadness, of happiness. If the emotions are there, and the character is real to me- I can. But sometimes I find its even more poignant not to cry.

Ever read the end of Death Of A Salesman? "Help me- I can't cry." Much more poignant then if she broke down.

7th grade, I saw Beauty and the Beast. I had loved to act and sing all my life- and seeing a broadway show for the first time was a dream. I remember being in such awe. The costumes, the talent, the effects... it was the first time I ever looked at a stage and went 'I need to do that for the rest of my life.'
