WOW .. I am TOTALLY underwhelmed by the nominations this year. I am especially upset about the shut out of 9 TO 5 (especially for Musical and Steph and Megan). In all of the categories, I have a pretty good idea as to who is going to win. Pretty predictable. Not too sure I'll be watching this year. If I have nothing better to do, then I will. Boo .. just ... boo.

I LOVE this show!! As a matter of fact, I've played Jay three times!! The way I first learned a New York accent was I watched the movie. Then I went through my script and wrote things in phonetically (the way it sounded to me -- for example: "ARTY" turns into "AHTY." Just look at the way Neil Simon wrote some of "Grandma's" lines. The revival sheet music doesn't match the revival recording. I had this same problem. The sheet music, while in the revival packaging, matches the original cast recording. I don't know why they did this, but they did. Hope that helps.
