MJ : The Musical Standing Room Tickets

Hi all — has anyone been to MJ recently and purchased a Standing Room ticket as per their website? I didn’t know they did this but was curious to know how popular this is and how much the tickets are. I saw the show last night and Myles was out (although was allegedly on for the matinee) I saw the ‘standby’ who was absolutely wonderful but would like to see Myles in the role. Thank you in advance for any info you can shed on SRO policy for MJ.

Moulin Rouge Broadway Ticket Prices

I wondered if anyone could help with the ticket prices for Moulin Rouge when it transfers to the Al Hirschfeld Theatre in New York City. I come to NY every year to take in the new season and am flabbergasted at the ticket prices for this show - the cheapest ticket at the back of the Mezzanine is $199.00 plus fees. Is there a reason why this specific show is so extortionate in terms of pricing? Did they discount or change the pricing structure when the show played Boston? Thank you all so much

Band's Visit Rush

Hi Show Off,
I got 2 rush tickets last night (Saturday 4/9th) for the 8pm show. Great seats, side orchestra, Row F for $40 each. The box office said they had plenty of rush seats left. The show itself was beautiful and lived up to the hype. I would highly recommend and think you should be fine to rush!

FROZEN to Officially Hit Broadway

This thread makes for really interesting reading and I agree with the majority thus far - Disney have some work to do to get this ready for Broadway. I thought 'Let It Go' was poor visually and as an Act 1 closer, this would leave me feeling short changed. I am curious about why the show is currently in the state it is in - I find it hard to believe that there are financial constraints here and both Michael and Rob have won awards for their previous work. "The role of Kim will be played by Lianah Sta. Ana on Wednesday evenings and Saturday matinees."
Eva Noblezada will be on vacation July 17 – 22.
Jon Jon Briones will be on vacation July 10 – 15.
