Not really at the beginning it was but during the live action there wasn't really any music.

I got to go see a sneak preview last week of Enchanted. At first it was cartoon and very fairy tale, with lots of singing and love at first sight type things, and I was nervous it was going to stay like that. Once it got to the live action it was better.
