Thank you. Tried that but as soon as I put in my email address and order number it tells me I'm locked out. Probably because I tried too many passwords, none of which worked. I filled out the customer service form telling them that I'm locked out and can't' do anything so I guess I need to wait for them to respond.

I'm locked out of my Telecharge account (too many "forgot password" tries!) and it says to call customer service to get it unlocked, and of course there's no customer service since I get a "closed until further notice" recording. Does anyone have any ideas as to how to unlock my account or exchange my Music Man tickets? I did leave a message on the Telecharge website but who knows how long that will take. Thanks for any suggestions.

Thank you all! I was able to get third row mezz tickets for Sunday Nov 22. Convinced everyone I didn’t want to wait a year and mezz would be fine, just take the steps one at a time!

Question for the experienced - looking up 3 non-premium tickets for Music Man at the end of October, a Saturday matinee. My friends don't want to go in the winter and if it isn't October it won't be until April 2021 (who knows what will happen by then!). That's director Michael Gracey in the cap, and unless it's changed, he's supposed to direct the Elton John biopic in September. I wonder how long after you lay down tracks that you actually film the movie. Hugh's movie "Pan" reportedly starts filming sometime in May (although who knows how long he will be needed).
