I'm locked out of my Telecharge account (too many "forgot password" tries!) and it says to call customer service to get it unlocked, and of course there's no customer service since I get a "closed until further notice" recording. Does anyone have any ideas as to how to unlock my account or exchange my Music Man tickets? I did leave a message on the Telecharge website but who knows how long that will take. Thanks for any suggestions.
At the bottom of every page, there’s an “Order Status” link. Hit that, and you can access your order by entering just your email address and order number. You’ll still need to enter your password at some point, though.
Thank you. Tried that but as soon as I put in my email address and order number it tells me I'm locked out. Probably because I tried too many passwords, none of which worked. I filled out the customer service form telling them that I'm locked out and can't' do anything so I guess I need to wait for them to respond.

Ugh, Telecharge is the worst. Years ago I was issued a refund from the producer's of Bandstand due to an emergency happening beyond my control 2 hours before curtain. They refunded me but since then I have never been able to buy a ticket from them. I even called them and they were stumped to why they couldn't manually put a transaction through with my name and credit card number. Nothing but problems with them.
