The exterior of the Plymouth Theatre (now the Gerald Schoenfeld Theatre) was in the movie "The First Wives Club".

When I saw Wicked a few years ago William Youmans played Dr. Dillamond and Sean McCourt played the witch's father. But that was back in 2005 so they could have changed how they casted.
