I'm in the UK and just do not have the finances to be able to get out to New York for the forseeable future but I love the idea of this show, have loved the promos and snippits of the music that have been about and so I've been really looking forward to hearing the cast recording. I think there might be a bit of a culture/country thing here too (I'm in the UK) - because I've never heard of not expecting a concert to start on the time stated on the ticket regardless as to whether or not there is an opening act. Okay, yes 5 or so minutes is fine but I go to loads of concerts and if the act isn't on stage by about 15-20 minutes after it's stated on the ticket the slow handclapping starts. I'll admit that I've been an Idina Menzel fan for a good 12 years now and have seen her perform when she has come over to the UK with her solo concerts - including on this latest tour.
