Rewatched it, and it wasn't as bad as I felt initially, but just seemed like an odd choice out of the whole show. Loved it in NYC twice, but last night didn't work for me.

Report from last night's (7/15) performance...This was my 6th time seeing the show, the previous 5 being in Chicago with that original cast. It was hard not to compare the two, because in my option the Original Chicago Cast is about as good as it gets, but all I really enjoyed this production.Joshua Henry as Burr...just perfection in the role. No doubt. It's been almost a year since I saw it for the first time (and went another 4), and her performance still sticks with me. One for the ages for sure.
