Thanks for all the input- His father and I have been talking to him about it and i think he will be fine. I think a great way to start of his broadway theater. He has seen Beauty and the Beast and will be seeing lion king next april. So he's off to a good start. Are there any cool places to eat. Wer plan on going to all the major attractions - just need some more suggestions. We will probably only see those two shows.

I'm traveling to New York with my 6 year old- what should we do

We have tickets for Cabaret- I know not appropriate for a 6 year old- but HUGE fan of Adam Pascal as is my son. We plan on getting tickets for Little Shop. We are going to be there from Thursday October 23- and leaving Sunday. Need some neat ideas for a 6 year old. Thanks for your help.Sarahedited to ask is Cabaret that bad for a 6 year old- he loves the music and most likely will not understand it- just don't want to get nasty looks.

I would see Rent - To see Adam and Anthony Rapp together that would be amazing. My second choice would be a Chorus Line. This was one of my first musicals to see and it was awesome.

Now- I sat in the front row when i saw it- and the only scene i couldn't see is when they lay on the ground after Elaborate Lives- I enjoyed the seats- it's nice to be able to see all there expressions.

re: re: re: Urinetown seating question...

Just make sure you get the side seats- we rushed and sat right next to the sound booth (whatever it's called). And there were a couple part we couldn't see- but at internmission we moved and could see it all. Good luck. We got there at 8:30-9:00 to get tickets and we were the first people there- but it was pouring down rain so that might have had something to do with it.
