Lend Me a Tenor with T.R. Knight Broadway bound?

I apologize if this is common knowledge or has been discussed already; if so, I must have missed it.

From the Ausiello Files (about T.R. Knight):
"Per an insider, the theatrically-trained thesp is in talks to start 2010 by headlining a Broadway revival of Lend Me a Tenor, the classic farce he recently did a reading of with Alfred Molina, Tony Shalhoub, and Marian Seldes."

Does anyone have any more details about a possible Broadway revival?

Word from the reading was very positive.

A full production with that cast would be delightful.
Tonya Pinkins: Then we had a "Lot's Wife" last June that was my personal favorite. I'm still trying to get them to let me sing it at some performance where we get to sing an excerpt that's gone.
Tony Kushner: You can sing it at my funeral.

Oh my God, he'd be playing the Victor Garber part? That's just fantastic! I'd definitely get tickets for this if it comes to happen, and what a cast!

I think mormonophobic means GREY'S ANATOMY spoilers. At first I thought he meant LEND ME A TENOR spoilers and I was a bit confused.

I would SOO love this!!!!
If we're not having fun, then why are we doing it? These are DISCUSSION boards, not mutual admiration boards. Discussion only occurs when we are willing to hear what others are thinking, regardless of whether it is alignment to our own thoughts.

Oh, I'd like to see this. I don't care one way or the other about Knight, not being a "GA" watcher, but I've long wanted to see the play. And I love Tony Shalhoub, so if he stayed in, that would be amazing!

He was perfect in the Noises Off revival, so he should be perfect for this.

There's no doubt that Marian Seldes is a true theater great. I had the pleasure of lunching with her and a group of other luminaries about a year ago. She's witty, articulate and quite vivacious. However, she looks like she's dead.
