I went to her website last week and was totally blown away - amazing for a girl that is only 12 years old! Also, if you look at the dates for some of the recordings they were two or three years ago when she was only 10! I hope that her career continues to flourish.

I saw her in Annie on Saturday. She was fine. Her voice kept going out when she tried to hold notes, but perhaps she just hasn't gotten used to doing a show (sometimes 2) every day.

Impressive for a young girl! With training, I bet she'll be great when she's older.

I hold a degree in Musical Theatre from Montclair State University. It is useless. Now I'm funny for money. Oh, and I sing.

WHAT in the world does she say in the end?!?!?

"and so it will be for the rest of my life and I'll want nothing else till I die!...." WHAT!?!

It sounds like "Hell it's just time you see" or something like that...

whatever it is..it doesn't sound like Held in such high esteem...

but she's not bad..her voice is a little annoying, but that's true of any very young performer.

and all that I could do because of you was talk of love...

Hah,

Well she's no me in chipmonk form (for those that were lucky enough to hear that :P ) but she is quite enjoyable. And yes...I also can't quite make out what she is saying in that part, but it's definitely not the lyrics.

Stephanie, I sincerely hope that you are close to her age and that's why you feel it's cool to post like that. Considering, she's 12, I think she's pretty brilliant. WHO CARES if she got the lyrics wrong? She's 12. At 12, that's cute.

Her voice is really impressive. And I like that she had her own interpretation of the song, acting wise, and didn't just copy Idina. That's amazing for a 12 year old. This kid's goin' place. Talent.

I am sure she beat out many little girls auditioning to be Annie in this tour. For that, she should be commended. The clip is also impressive. Its not just belting/screaming- she shows emotion. For being 12, that is pretty darn good.

Looking forward to seeing her on the tour if she is still in it when it comes to my area.

When she does say "Held in Such High Esteem " it sound like she said "Hell its just high Esteem"

I thought she was quite good. Sadly, it would take Idina playing Annie to convince me to sit through it, but this girl has a very bright future.

It does sounds like she said "Hell, it's just high esteem" though.

I saw her last week in Seattle. I was very impressed by her. I know someone said she was having trouble holding notes when they saw it, but she did not have that trouble when I saw her, so it probably is getting used to doing so many shows. She did a wonderful job.

Why do we play with fire? Why do we run our fingers through the flame? Why do we leave our hands on the stove, although we know we're in for some pain? -tick...tick...BOOM!
