The Queen's going to be 91 next month but even if she passes, I suspect it will still be used as the main residence of the royal family just as it is now.

After Sunset it is undergoing a major renovation... so it will be a good year or two before anything or anyone is back at the Palace.

But yeah, remember the Red Robin that's supposed to open underneath the theatre?
I think it would be cool if the theatre reopened with a Moana musical adaptation

why isn't Frozen opening in this theatre? It's a Nederlander, and housed Beauty and the Beast for years.

Because they're renovating it, as has been discussed frequently. They're raising the entire theater. It's out of commission.

I don't believe anything more official than "space for retail and entertainment" has been announced.
