Dre2387, I'm pretty sure your school is mounting the Friedrich Duerrenmatt play "The Visit," this play has played on Broadway in three different productions. We mean the Kander & Ebb musical "The Visit" that starred Chita Rivera and played in Chicago as a pre-Broadway engagement but failed to raise enough money to come to Broadway.
"Chicago is it's own incredible theater town right there smack down in the middle of the heartland. What a great city! I can see why Oprah likes to live there!" - Dee Hoty :-D
I agree with many of the others mentioned...in those pre-Wicked days, I had always hoped Children of Eden would find a home in the Gershwin. I think that show has a large enough spectacle factor to really fill that theatre. A show that hasn't been mentioned that I would have liked to have seen reach Broadway was The Baker's Wife.
