"The gods who nurse this universe think little of mortals' cares. They sit in crowds on exclusive clouds and laugh at our love affairs. I might have had a real romance if they'd given me a chance. I loved him, but he didn't love me. I wanted him, but he didn't want me. Then the gods had a spree and indulged in another whim. Now he loves me, but I don't love him." - Cole Porter
Why keep him away? He's doing a good job in How to Succeed, he's a hard worker, he's showing up daily and putting in the hours even though he could be coasting or just sitting back counting his millions, he's making an effort to integrate himself into the Broadway community and become a part of it, and he has a real love for theater. If he wants to continue on that path, I say good for him.
Now, no I don't see him in Damn Yankees at this point in time, but I don't see any reason to keep him away from Broadway entirely. Updated On: 4/24/12 at 09:41 PM
I think Jonas could be great eventually, but in HT$ he is thrust into a bad production with IMO a shi33y director. Nick is a very decent guy and as stated a hard and dedicated actor. He was adorable as EASTER BONNET today and extremely kind to all his waiting fans. I'd like to see him in a more age appropriate role. With a strong director.
