Hey all you helpful folks!
I'm trying to get feedback as to what you think the best directing grad programs are for theater. Details greatly appreciated - (i.e., how competitive are they, how big are they, how difficult are they to get into, who has the most progressive and creative teachers, etc.)
While you're at it, can anyone recommend a single directing course or program that one might take for a semester, in the summertime for instance. Grad or undergrad.
New York and London are of greatest interest, but all info welcome and, again, greatly appreciated.
Thank you!
skip grad school. get with a professional grad school will only delay true and practical learning.
What do you recommend instead, Avigdor?
I'm looking for a structured format to help get my ideas up and running on a stage. It seems a program would provide that.
(As well as actors and tech people who show up and want to work).
Thanks!!!
Any opinions?

By the way, I am now a "legend." Which means that either I'm very Broadway-savy or that I have no life. Both, I guess.
Thanks Distictive Baritone - I will look at that website.
Also, I checked out info on the Lincoln Center Director's Theater Lab...
Any feedback/ideas?
BTW: "Passionate" may be a good way to describe yourself. :)
