What is Carolee Carmello up to? (Serious conversation only, please)

God I just love her. After the Lestat mishap, does anyone know what she will be doing next? Taking time off?

I did a search, but all I found was some "Royal Family of Broadway" rumours around the time that the Into the Woods revival was still on broadway.

I just really think she is brilliant.

I hope she has another project in the works...I agree, GClef2, she is brilliant. I have seen her five times on stage in four different shows and I was completely blown away each night. A true star...and such a classy lady too.

I hope that something happens with "Royal Family of Broadway" someday, if not just to hear her sing "I Have Found."

I hope she has something coming up soon! She sure is a great talent.

I don't think she is taking a break. I know she said that she turned down the LITP tour because, even though she'd love to play Margaret, she can't leave her family. She didn't mention anything about not wanting to work now, so I think she is open to any projects within NY.

She was great in Broadway By The Year.
She is such a talented actress and such a nice person.

Whoah, wait a minute. "Desparate to become a legend?" Buddy, why don't you take a look at when I joined this community. If I was desparate, it would have happened a LONG TIME AGO.

The woman is a GEM of a talent and a GEM of a person!

I've seen her in a few shows and have consistantly been BLOWN AWAY by her talent! In the tour of Chess that she did, I had to see it three times just to hear her sing "Nobody's Side", in Falsetto's she made my CRY with laugher performing "I'm Breaking Down", and in Mamma Mia as someone said... that note in "The Winner Takes it All", made my jaw hit the floor!

I had the pleasure of meeting her last summer after seeing Mamma Mia, and she was everything I had hoped for PLUS. A gracious, appreciative, loving person who takes the time out to talk to her fans... I was star struck!

Whatever it is.. let's see Carolee on stage again very soon!

What happened to the Aimee Semple McPherson musical that Kathy Lee Gifford was writing? Wasn't Carolee going to star in that?
