There are a dozen color photographs of the recently restored Beacon Theatre in today's NYTimes.com. What a treasure of a theatre this is. Paul Simon gives a concert there tomorrow night as a grand re-opening. The theatre is located at Broadway and 74th Street.

After so many stories of beautiful theaters being torn down, this is a breath of fresh air!

We have been there nine times to see the Allman Brothers. This was my first Broadway experience...Just Beautiful.
That same week was saw The Boy from Oz...Can't wait to go back to Manhattan.
