I can understand offering student discounts with I.D. and see nothing wrong with that.
But what do you think about this?
Lincoln Center is sending out email offers that say
"See STUNNING and party with the cast on June 10! All seats $20" ... and then
"Sas Goldberg, Danny Mastrogiorgio, Cristin Milioti, Steven Rattazzi, Jeanine Serralles and Charlayne Woodard FREE PARTY WITH THE CAST JUNE 10 ... June 10 ticketholders only, 40 and under (must show ID) Free beer courtesy of Sixpoint Craft Ales Free raffle courtesy of LCT3"
Thus excluding anyone over 40 from the offer.
This is not a student offer, it is just clear age discrimination. I would have thought Lincoln Center had more class than that. I wonder who cooked up this harebrained idea in their marketing...
Do you think it is possible that what they meant to say was because free beer is being served persons who look 40 or under will be asked for I.D. but they just goofed in the way it was presented?
Probably a misprint or bad phrasing. Easily 99.99% of their membership is over 40.

It's either a poor phrasing or an attempt to gain younger subscribers.

We must have different Gods. My God said "do to others what you would have them do to you". Your God seems to have said "My Way or the Highway".
