2 1/2 Men Done For Good?

I am listening to the news now.Sheen is imploding & now CBS is closing down production for the rest of the season. He is ranting & raving & ripping into everyone. His tirade shows how far gone he is.

I feel sorry for the rest of the cast & crew.

He is beyond a little screwed up. He should be booked into the Randall Mc Murphy Suite of the local insane asylum. This guy is making himself unhirable to anyone.

I used to find this show completely inoffensive then I watched an episode from a year ago and it was just unwatchable. I feel bad the rest of the cast and crew. I am surprised CBS kept the plug in that long.

I've never seen this show, nor do I ever want to.

It sounds like there's something pretty serious going on with Charlie Sheen at the moment. Bipolar, brain tumor? I mention tumor because there had been a woman at my firm whose personality did a 360 as a result of one. People couldn't figure out what the problem was. She saw behavior in others that wasn't there. Brought about a complaint of sexual harassment against my present boss (who happens to be gay), etc.

It's tragic that this television masterpiece has been pulled from our lives which, of course, are now hopelessly empty.

While I can't call myself a fan of this show, this is a case when I wish the production would re-cast Charlie Sheen's role.

Keep the rest of the cast and crew employed and send a message to Sheen that he's replacable. In a big way.

I have ZERO sympathy for him.
And to his Dad, who made the statement that if he had cancer there would be sympathy for his illness: if he had cancer there would probably be a treatment plan in place. This a-hole has no interest in doing what he needs to do to help himself. He may have a disease (addiction) but he takes no responsibility for it and is doing nothing to help himself.

Good riddance.

So done with celebrities.

As I wrote in another thread: give me an ACTOR. Someone who practices the craft and art of acting. These celebrities have little talent and are overpaid and have filled their pea-brains with an air of self-importance. Let them all self-destruct.

Addy - I figured that was the case, but I just had to throw out the support for Martin. Not that we socialize with him or anything, but we do have a common business connection that keeps us in contact, and it's been really heart-breaking through the years to watch him try and deal with this. One of those cases where you scratch your head and think, "Is he really his son?"

Ugg just listened to the interview in it's entirity. And it is very hard to have any kind of sympathy for Sheen but that was definitly mania talking. I wouldn't be surprised if he is sober right now and it's the first time he hasn't been self medicated. That was textbook bipolar disorder. Charile needs drugs...he just needs to have them prescribed.

People always worry about Schizophrenics. But extreme mania like that is way more dangerous. He needs to be checked in to a psychiatric facility asap.

From all accounts everyone with the show was being nothing but supportive of Sheen. He shot himself in the foot.

I've seen it, the supporting cast is quite good, Sheen is totally replaceable. What's Scott Baio up to?
